About Us

My wife Frieda and I have lived in Big Sur for over 20 years. Like many of you we dreamed of living in one of the most beautiful places in the world and in 1980 we made that dream come true. (The photograph above is the view from our back yard.)

Frieda became a REALTOR® in 1988 while I continued to work as an engineering manager in the semiconductor industry until the end of 2002. Now we have joined forces to form a team dedicated to helping others to achieve the dream of living on the Monterey Peninsula.

Frieda has an ABR designation awarded by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council of the National Association of REALTORS®. ABR stands for Accredited Buyers Representative and gives you the confidence of  knowing that you are dealing with a trained, experienced real estate professional to guide you through the buying process.

 Bruce is an e-PRO, another designation recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®. This assures you that you are working with an agent who is versed in the latest technology and skills needed to use the internet as a productive tool to assist you as you search for your dream home.
